Enjoy your next company picnic at the Oregon State Fair! We offer a lush shaded Picnic Grove with area seating for up to 2500 people. Share a fabulous meal with your company and then enjoy a fun-filled day at the Oregon State Fair.
In the Grove
Fair Admission and Special 3-hour Reserved Set-up Space Packages
Groups 0-50 = $800
Groups 51-100 = $1,600
Groups 101-200 = $2,400
Groups 201-300 = $3,200
Groups 301-500 = $4,000
For groups over 500, call for a quote.
*Once a final count is provided and tickets are printed, they are non-refundable. The Oregon State Fair requests a deposit of ½ payment up front and the remaining ½ at the time the tickets are picked up prior to start of Fair.
Carnival
What more excitement can you have at the Fair than carnival rides and games! Reward your employees with additional fun by adding a ride and game package.
Ride and Game Packages:
Picnic-Priced Wristband Special: $45.00 for unlimited rides and 3 games.
Picnic-Priced Ride Tickets: 25% off regular priced tickets, .37 cents each with a minimum purchase of 50 tickets. Please note each ride takes more than one ticket.
Ride Breakdown:
- Kiddie Rides = 8 tickets
- Major Rides = 10 tickets
- Spectacular Rides = 11 tickets
- Biggest Rides = 12 tickets

Catering
Choose a catering service from our preferred catering list.
Companies will need to contract directly with the catering or food services as far as head count, food choices, set up of food lines, buffet tables and payment of the catering.
Are you wanting spirits at your picnic? Pacific Rim is our onsite alcohol provider, and can provide you pricing for host or no host beverage services.
Picnics are held in a designated outdoor area within the Picnic Grove (rain or shine) or other designated area. Designated picnic areas will be reserved for your group for three consecutive hours. The Oregon State Fair provides a FUN location, round tables, chairs and table coverings.
